After a year filled with challenges, growth, and shared victories, the Cody Web Development family gathered once again for its 2025 Year-End Celebration last December 6 at Serenity Farm & Resort. Even with the threat of Tropical Storm Wilma in the background, the team arrived with high spirits, choosing hope and togetherness over worry. The celebration didn’t just push through. It became a night worth remembering.
This year’s theme, “Making Spirits Bright! Merry CODY Christmas,” perfectly captured the energy of the event. The venue slowly came alive as employees from every department arrived for registration at 4:00 PM. A vibrant video360 photo booth welcomed everyone, setting the tone for a night filled with laughter, memories, and moments captured in full color.
Departments were called one by one, beginning with the ERP team all the way to Management, before everyone gathered for a warm, joyful group photo, a picture of unity after a year of hard work and resilience.
The program officially opened with inspiring messages from the Operations Manager and COO, both recognizing the spirit of perseverance that carried the company through another year. Their words set a heartfelt tone, reminding everyone that progress is never a one-person effort, but a symphony of people working together.
The celebration continued with birthday recognitions for employees born in October, November, and December. The Loyalty Award segment brought an emotional moment to the room as the company honored team members who dedicated five years of service to Cody Web Development. Their stories stood as proof that loyalty, heart, and consistency still matter, and still shine.
